Once your order has been placed, we need 1-2 business days for your order to be picked and packed by our warehouse team. Within Australia, it may take 1-2 weeks. International order may take 3-4 weeks for delivery depends on the country.
All domestic and international orders are sent via tracked postage. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once dispatched from our warehouse.

Of course, we offer REPLACEMENT for any faulty products. However, this should be extremely limited with our strict quality control standards.

For all the international orders, we offer the same 90 days return. However, you will need to cover your return postage to us. Please contact returns@emoii.com.au for instructions.

We offer a 90 Days return and exchange plan. No matter the reason, we’ll offer an exchange, store credit or refund for any items purchased in an eligible price.

All purchases made from independent stockists must be returned to your place of purchase. Your return is subject to the stockist’s terms and conditions, which vary from our online store.
If you have purchased a sale shoe, we can certainly do exchange for you for free, as long as the price is the same sale price. Just email us at info@emoii.com.au
Once you have posted your return, we ask that you allow 5-10 business days for your return to arrive back with us (you will be able to track your return and see when it has arrived with us). Once delivered to us, we will take 7 - 10 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email once your refund or credit not has been issued.
All footwear must be returned in the original packaging (the actual shoe box). This includes all footbed components and the shoe box. If you return your footwear without the shoe box, your return may be rejected. The shoes might suitable for another home, and we don't want to send anyone a damaged box. If you return your footwear and the box has been taped shut, or a returns label stuck to the outside of the box, your shoes may be returned to you as the original packaging is not in original condition. Please ensure your return is packed in external packaging. However, if there is any issue, just email us at return@emoii.com.au, we will find a good solution together.
Most of EMOII styles are designed as comfort fitting, they are slightly wider and roomy than the standard fitting. We suggest you to size down if you have narrow feet and in between the sizes. However, if you have very broad feet, and normally between the sizes, we suggest you to size up. To take your worry away, send us an email at info@emoii.com.au, we can arrange to send you an additional size for compare, free of charge. You just pick the one fit you better, send back to us the other size, we'll pay the return postage for domestic orders.

EMOII Shoes all come in as Euro Sizes, however, most of our shoes are comfort C fitting, a little bit wider than the Standard B fitting.
Most of the EMOII shoes are comfortable C fitting ,a little wider than the standard B fitting shoes. Most of our styles are suitable for wide foot unless we specifically mentioned.
Absolutely, all our enclosed shoes are all orthotics friendly. Most of EMOII shoes come with removable orthotic footbeds that can be replaced with your customised orthotics. However, most of our customers found the EMOII footbeds are comfortable and supportive enough. EMOII footbeds are recommended by podiatrists, and you can even use them in your other shoes for support and comfort. At EMOII, all our enclosed shoes come with a complimentary fitting pack, that including a pair of full length footbeds, forefoot inserts, and 3/4 foot inserts. You can mix-match all the fitting kits to get your best fit. For more details, please refer to https://emoii.com.au/pages/fitting-advice.
