Returns and Exchanges

How To Make your Return or Exchange:

We accept returns on full price item as long as they meet our returns criteria. Before returning an item, please check to see whether it meets the following conditions.

      • Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
      • Items must be unworn or in their original condition, with shoe box and the fitting pack (not applicable to sandals).
      • You must provide: either a copy of your invoice or a note  include the following information in your returns: Order ID, Return Reasons and Refund Preference
      • Sale items can only be exchanged, and they are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are deemed faulty 
      • No exchanges or returns for Final Clearance items.
      • Free returns are only available for Australian customers with the order amount over $250, please contact returns@emoii.com.au for free return request. 
For general return, please post the shoes to the following return address with the original box, with the invoice or a note for us to identify order.

Upon receiving your shoes, we will process the refunds/exchanges/replacements. This may take a couple of days to complete.

*Free returns are only available for Australian customers with order amount over $250. However, if the product has a MAJOR FAULT, free returns will also applicable to international customers. Please send us an email returns@emoii.com.au and our team will send you the shipping instructions. A major fault is a problem that can not be easily repaired, or, the items are significantly different from the description.

Please note, any paid postage will be deducted from the refund.
 

Exchanges: 

If your purchase is not quite right, you can exchange it in line with our return conditions.

    • Simply return your order following the "Returns" process above and include a note in your package, noting which item you would like for your exchange.
    • Once your returned order is received and processed by our team, we will send out your exchange item free of charge.
    • Please note that for exchanges done via post, we can only exchange for items of an equal or lesser value. If your exchange item is of a lesser value than the original, we will process the exchange and refund you the difference.
    • If you wish to exchange your order for an item of a greater value, please write to us info@emoii.com.au

 

International Returns

 

To arrange international returns, please email us at info@emoii.com.au with your order number and your order number – we’ll email you back with the information. 

With the international returns you will need to arrange your own return postage. We recommend getting a tracking number for your return parcel.

We understanding international shipping are not cheap. To help, we now subsidise the cost in selected countries and offer flat rate returns with DHL. See below:

  • USA and Canada: $55AUD;
  • Singapore: $45

The cost of your return will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
