Returns and Exchanges
We love returns at EMOII Shoes! Don’t feel bad about it, we understand it can be a bit challenging to buy shoes online. To find the right size, and imagine how the shoes would match up with your wardrobe is not always an easy task, it could take a couple of tries to find your perfect pair. At EMOII, we try our best to serve you, your happiness and satisfaction are our best rewards.
To make this process easier and less challenge for you, we offer a 90 Days FREE return and exchange plan to all the Australian and New Zealand customers.
- Can’t decide to go size up or down? No worries! Just order both sizes. We will send you both sizes, you keep the right size, and send back the other pair to us FOR FREE! No hassle, no cost. Of course, the item returned to us needs to be original New condition.
- Never shopped with us before? We offer free returns for your first order with us so we can take your worries away. Just give yourself an opportunity to try our stylish and supportive shoes! You might find a whole new world…
- Of course, we offer REPLACEMENT for any faulty products. However, this should be extremely limited with our strict quality control standards.
At EMOII, we are happy to refund you either a. as a Store credit or b. Cashback to your account. If you choose to refund as a Store credit, we will pop up your credit with 5% for your next purchase with us.
Please note, the Sale Items can only be refunded as store credit.
To return, please send us an email to email@example.com, by receiving your return request, we will reply you with the return instruction. Don’t forget, we offer 90 Days FREE return and exchanges.
Upon receiving your shoes, we will process the refunds/exchanges/replacements. This may take a couple of days to complete.
Please include the following information in your email for returns:
- Order ID
- Return Address
- Return Reasons
- Refund Preferrence:
- Store Credit (choose this to get extra 5% credit for your next purchase)
- Cash by to purchase account
*Free returns are only available for Australian customers. However, if the product has a MAJOR FAULT, free returns will also applicable to international customers. Please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will send you the shipping instructions. A major fault is a problem that can not be easily repaired, or, the items are significantly different from the description.
Due to the impacts of Cov-19 on global logistics networks, To arrange international returns, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and your order number – we’ll email you back with the information.
With the international returns you will need to arrange your own return postage. We recommend getting a tracking number for your return parcel.
We understanding international shipping are not cheap. To help, we now subsidise the cost in selected countries and offer flat rate returns with DHL. See below:
- USA and Canada: $55AUD;
- Singapore: $45
The cost of your return will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
