Unfortunately cannot recommend as returns not possible

These shoes seemed lovely but were too big. Despite free returns being advertised, unfortunately clarification on the process through multiple avenues and attempts did not work, and Emoii continually ignored me. I am perusing other avenues now but thought I should warn prospective purchasers.

First pair of Emoii shoes. Saw this shoe on FB , loved the elegant style of the shoe. Great heel, would have loved to have a little more padding in the shoe but otherwise great fit. Runs a little large.
